Integrated function
The cartridge architecture allows the function to be installed in a manifold cavity. Flow measurement and regulation are integrated into the block, reducing the need for separate external components for these functions.
The QMEH4 designation identifies the version with a published rated capacity of up to 200 L/min (50 gpm).
Application variables
- Flow range to be measured and controlled.
- Working pressure and acceptable pressure losses.
- Flow direction and function within the circuit.
- Fluid, viscosity and operating temperature.
- Cavity, connections and manifold geometry.
- Signal, power-supply and control-system integration requirements.
Manifold integration
Cavity location, internal passages and ports must maintain hydraulic conditions compatible with measurement. The design must also allow installation, connection and access for inspection or maintenance.
Rated capacity does not define the application on its own
Selection must cover the full operating range, required accuracy, fluid conditions and system architecture.
